摘    要:发展了偶氮二异丁腈诱发的烯基叠氮类化合物与二异丙基黄原酸酯的自由基串联反应,一步构建了碳-硫和碳-氮键.以50%至80%的收率方便和高区域选择性地合成了一系列官能化的6-巯甲基菲啶类化合物.机理研究表明该反应通过自由基路径进行.
