芯片毛细管电泳程控电源的研制

摘    要:设计并制作了一种小型的、可与PC机相联的程序控制电源,其中有两路输出电压,用于芯片毛细管电泳的分离和进样;而且,可程序控制输出电压和运行时间,并在PC机上以图形方式显示是泳电流。该电源适用于芯片毛细管电泳的过程监控。

Abstract:A high efficient and portalbe programming power that has two outputs of high voltage for separation and sampling of capillary electrophoresis on a microchip has been successfully fabricated. The output voltage and running time can be controlled by self-writing program, and the electrophoresis currents can be graphically displayed on the personal computer. This device has the monitoring function of electroosmotic flow for capillary electrophoresis on a microchip.
