黄酮类化合物糖苷化修饰研究进展

摘    要:黄酮类化合物是植物产生的一种多酚类次生代谢产物,许多黄酮类化合物具有诸如抗菌、抗癌、抗氧化等生理活性,对这些物质进行糖苷化修饰有望提高其生理活性和稳定性、改善其水溶性。本文综述了黄酮类化合物糖苷化修饰的研究进展。

Abstract:Flavonoids are polyphenolic secondary metabolites produced by plants,most of them show biological activities such as antibacterial,anticancer and antioxidative activities.It is reported that chemical modification of glycosidation maybe improve their biological activities.,stability and water solubility.Advances in glycosidatiion modification of flavonoids were reviewed in this paper.
