| Abstract: | The process of scientific research for the famous physical scientist Bardeen,which led to his two Nobel Prizes,is introduced.Systematical reviews for Bardeen visiting to China twice as well as his concern and support to the education and development of science and technology of China are performed.It draws some lessons from the way of Bardeen building scientific research team,in which he combined individual intelligence and collective creativity. |
