摘    要:为改善滑动摩擦副润滑性能,引入了表面微织构技术。首先采用计算流体力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics,CFD)方法建立了四种不同织构形状下滑动摩擦副的数值计算模型,并对其流动状态进行研究,其次以承载力最高和摩擦力最低为目标,基于非支配排序遗传算法(NSGA-Ⅱ)对织构结构及分布进行多目标驱动优化,最后采用局部敏感性分析方法研究了目标参数对各设计变量的敏感度。结果表明:优化后滑动摩擦副润滑性能明显提高,最优分布参数与织构形状无关,而最优织构深度随着织构形状不同有所变化,且优化前后矩形织构型滑动摩擦副润滑性能均最优;环向距离对承载力影响程度最大,织构深度次之,而摩擦力对各设计变量均不敏感。

Abstract:In order to improve the lubrication performance of sliding friction pairs,surface microtexture technology is introduced.Firstly,numerical models of sliding friction pairs with four textured shapes are established using the Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)method,and the flow state is studied.Secondly,aiming at the maximum loading capacity and the minimum friction force,multi-objective driven optimization of textured structure and distribution is carried out based on Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithms(NSGA-II).Finally,the sensitivity of objective parameters to design parameters is studied using local sensitivity analysis method.The results show that,the lubrication performances of sliding friction pairs are obviously improved after optimization.The optimal textured distribution parameters are independent of the textured shapes,while the optimal textured depth varies with the textured shapes.The lubrication performances of sliding friction pairs with rectangular textures are both the best before and after optimization.The circumferential distance has the greatest influence on the loading capacity,followed by the textured depth,while the friction force is insensitive to the design parameters.
