| 摘 要： | 按照OBE(Outcome-Based Education)教育理念培养工程技术人才,对人才培养方案的制定和人才培养目标的达成提出了新的挑战。本文提出了反向构建人才培养方案的树形发散流程,以及正向达成人才培养目标的树形收敛途径。以齐齐哈尔大学高分子材料与工程专业为例,论证了培养目标、毕业要求、指标点及课程体系间的对应关系矩阵的构建过程。

| Abstract: | Training engineering and technical talents according to OBE(Outcome-Based Education)educational concept raises new challenges to the formulation of talent training programs and the achievement of talent training objectives.This paper puts forward the tree type divergence process of the reverse construction of talent training program and the tree type convergence way to achieve the goal of talent training.Taking the Polymer Materials and Engineering specialty of Qiqihar University as an example,this paper demonstrates the construction process of the corresponding relationship matrix among training objectives,graduation requirements,target points and curriculum system. |
