摘    要:聚乳酸(PLA)具有完全可再生、完全可降解、生物相容等优异的综合性能,在一次性餐具、日用品、包装材料、纺丝和3D打印等领域具有广阔应用前景。但是,由于PLA是直链脂肪族聚酯,其熔体强度低,导致PLA在使用发泡、熔融纺丝、吹膜、热成型等基于拉伸流动场的加工成型方法时工艺性能较差。因此,提高PLA的熔体强度对于改善其加工性能和促进其产业化推广具有重要的意义。本文综述了改善PLA熔体强度的技术研究进展,主要包括共聚技术、扩链改性技术、自由基反应技术和纳米技术等。

Abstract:Polylactide(PLA) is completely renewable, biodegradable and good biocompatibility, which has a great potential in the application of tableware, packaging, spinning, biomedical devices and 3D printing. However, the melt strength of PLA is extremely low, leading to its bad processing properties in the extensional flow based processing methods, such as foaming, melt spinning, film blowing, thermal forming, and so on. Thus, the improvement of the melt strength of PLA is important for extensional flow based processing methods. This paper reviews recent progress on PLA with high melt strength, including copolymerization, chain extender, reactive extrusion, the addition of nanoparticles.
