摘    要:以柠檬酸和乙二胺为原料,通过一步水热法合成了表面富含羧基的荧光碳点(CDs),经酰胺化偶联反应将苯并噻嗪衍生物(BT)修饰到CDs表面制得探针CDs-BT.采用透射电子显微镜、X射线光电子能谱、荧光光谱、紫外-可见吸收光谱和红外光谱对CDs-BT的结构和性质进行了表征;并将其用于快速、选择性检测槲皮素(QCT).通过中心复合设计和响应曲面法评估并优化了检测过程中的操作参数,结果表明,在最佳操作条件下,对QCT检测的线性范围为2~22 μmol/L,检出限为0.717 μmol/L.研究表明,QCT对CDs-BT的荧光猝灭机理为静态猝灭.CDs-BT可用于银杏叶茶中QCT的检测,回收率为97.4%~101.6%.

Abstract:Functionalized carbon dots of benzothiazine(CDs-BT) derivatives were developed for the rapid and selective detection of quercetin(QCT). Using citric acid and ethylenediamine as raw materials, CDs rich in carboxyl groups on the surface were synthesized by one-step hydrothermal method, and benzothiazine derivatives were modified on the surface of the CDs to construct CDs-BT for detecting QCT. The CDs-BT was characterized by means of TEM, XPS and FTIR. Central composite design(CCD) and response surface method(RSM) were used to evaluate and optimize the operating parameters during the inspection process. Under the optimal operating conditions, the detection linear range of QCT is 2-22 μmol/L, and the detection limit is 0.717 μmol/L. Further research found that the quenching mechanism of CDs-BT fluorescence by QCT is static quenching. CDs-BT can also be used to detect QCT in Ginkgo biloba tea with a recovery rate of 97.4%-101.6%.
