产教融合背景下应用型本科高校毕业实习与毕业论文一体化的改革研究——以池州学院高分子材料与工程专业为例

对于应用型本科高校,毕业实习和毕业论文是继理论课程学习之后的最主要实践教学环节,各学校尤为重视。本文结合国内外研究现状,针对现行毕业实习和毕业论文的教学模式与存在的问题,提出借助学校和企业两个主阵地,以学校和企业双主体的形式促使专任教师和企事业技术专家两支队伍在产教融合背景下开展毕业实习与毕业论文校企合作一体化的改革,以克服产与教的脱节、校与企的分离等导致应用型人才在分析问题、解决问题方面的能力不足,目前,该改革在池州学院高分子材料与工程专业已经实施,并初显成效。

Study on the Integration of Graduation Practice and Thesis in Application-oriented Universities under the Background of the Integration of Production and Education--Taking the Major of Polymer Materials and Engineering of Chizhou University as An Example

As for application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities which pay special attention to the graduation practice and thesis,which is also the most important practical teaching after the theoretical course learning.In order to overcome the problems of disconnection between production and teaching,and the separation between universities and enterprises,resulting in which application-oriented talents are not good at analyzing and solving problems.Therefore,based on overseas and domestic research status,it had been proposed in the paper to perform the reform of integration of university-enterprise cooperation according to the existing problems of graduation practice and thesis,which the two teams of full-time teachers and technical experts carry it out together in the two main positions of schools and enterprises.At present,the reform has been implemented in the major of polymer materials and engineering of chizhou university,and achieved the initial results.
