| Abstract: | The velocity of elastic waves in monocrystals of Cu2O has been measured with good precision at 24° C as a contribution to turther development of lattice dynamics of this compound. There is no significant deviation of the velocity in connexion with the non-stoechiometric properties of various samples. Elastic waves behaviour has been investigated up to 700° C and will be connected to plastic properties. |
