Abstract: | The LiNi3/5Fe2/5VO4 has been synthesized by solution-based chemical method. Grain morphology of the material is investigated using field emission scanning electron microscopy. The existence of electrical conduction due to bulk and grain boundary effects at 21, 75 and 250 °C, and grain boundary and polarization effects at 275 and 300 °C has been verified by impedance spectroscopy. DC conductivity shows electrical conduction in the material as a thermally activated process. The frequency dependence of AC conductivity is described by Jonscher's power law. |
