摘    要:纳米加香技术可以提高香料在基材内的负载并实现可控释放,从而提高芳香产品质量,增加产品对消费者的吸引力.本文对国内外的纳米加香技术的当前状况和研究进展进行了评述,指出了当前香精加香技术存在的问题,提出了基于基材纳米结构的直接纳米加香技术具有的发展潜力和优势,并讨论了实现该技术在芳香高端产品的大规模应用上仍需解决的关键科学问题.

Abstract:Nanotechnology can facilitate the encapsulation and controlled release of fragrances from aromatic products,which is of importance in appealing to consumers and increasing the quality of products.In this article,we briefly review the current status and development of fragrance nanotech no logy.We also present the shortcomi ngs of current fragrance nanotechnology and prospect to develop nano technology based on the basic nanostructure of substrates that have many advantages over current technology.The challenges in the development of substrate structure-based nanotechnology for large-scale application in high-valued aromatic products are also discussed.
