超细蒙脱石制备及其作为氟尿嘧啶药物控释载体的实验研究

摘    要:采用超细技术制备出超细蒙脱石,使蒙脱石比表面积大幅提高,吸附能力显著增强;并且利用超细蒙脱石的无毒性、高比表面积、高吸附性等性质,将其作为抗癌药物氟尿嘧啶的控释载体,研究了超细蒙脱石对氟尿嘧啶的吸附及体外释放性能;体外释放实验表明,超细蒙脱石具有良好的控释性能;使超细蒙脱石有望成为一种新型药物控释载体。

Abstract:Making montmorillonite into ultra-fine montmorillonite with ultra-fine technology will highly increase it's specific surface area and adsorbent ability .With the propertoy of non-toxicity highly specific surface area and adsorption , ultra-fine montmorillonite can be used as a control release carrier of fluoruracil to study it's adsorption ability and outer-body release property .The experiment indicated that ultrafine montmorillonite has great control release ability .It can be used as a new drug control release carrier and has great latent forces in drug delivery system.
