摘    要:针对大功率激光器的远场传输特性,提出了一种测量TEACO,远场光束传输特性的新方法,该法采用相对测量和绝对测量相结合的方式来获得高能激光器的绝对空间光强分布。利用该方法测试了2kW脉冲TEACO,非稳腔激光器在500m处的光强分布,并对测试结果进行了分析讨论。实验结果表明,此方法简单、易行,准确度较高,而且测量过程中考虑了大气湍流的影响,光斑强度相对分布上出现了平顶、破碎并出现旁瓣现象,实测大气透过率为81.5%,最大功率密度为1.59W/cm^2,光束的横向远场发散角达到0.64mrad,基本与理论计算结果相吻合。本研究将为评估激光系统的应用效果及系统的优化设计提供重要的参考。

Abstract:A new method combining relative measurement and absolute measurement is proposed to measure the transmittance characteristics of far-field beam quality of TEA CO2 lasers, and the intensity distribution for a 2 kW pulsed TEA CO2 laser in the distance of 500 m is obtained. The measurement results are discussed and analyzed. The experimental results show that the measurement is convenient and precise, and the influence of atmospheric turbulence is also taken into consideration. Flat top, fragmentation and furthermore side lobe ap- pear in the intensity distribution. Measured by this method, the transmission rate of atmosphere is 81.5%,the maximum intensity is 1.59 W/cm2 and the divergence angle of cross direction is up to 0. 64 mrad, which agree with the theoretical results. It is a very important reference for evaluating the effectiveness and optimization de- sign of laser systems.
