流动人口儿童血锌缺乏的调查分析与解决对策

目的探讨广州市花都区0~6周岁的流动人口儿童锌缺乏的情况,以及引起锌缺乏相关因素分析,找出解决对策,提供合理喂养指导。方法抽取了580例在广州市花都区人民医院儿童保健门诊就诊的0~6周岁的流动人口儿童进行血锌测定分析,调查血锌缺乏儿童的家长或看护人的相关信息,进行统计学处理。结果在被检测的580例0~6周岁流动人口儿童中缺锌率达46.2%。血锌缺乏相关因素中,家长或看护人员相关因素占79.4%。结论流动人口儿童锌缺乏的情况普遍存在,家长或看护人相关因素占比例最大,通过各种方式的宣教,改变家长或看护人的观念,提高他们的喂养水平,促进这群孩子健康成长。

Investigation and Analysis and Strategy of Blood Zinc Deficiency of the Floating Population Children

Objective To discuss the zinc deficiency of the children from 0 to 6 years old in regarding to the floating population of huadu district of guangzhou city, and analyze the factors of it, and then put forwards the solution, providing the appropriate guidance on how to feed a child. Methods Make a random sample of 580 children from 0 to 6 years old in the child health clinic of our hospital and then make blood zinc checks for them, take an investigation of the information of the the zinc - lacked children＇s parents or caregivers, and then to do a satistical processing. Results Of these 580 cases, the zinc deficiency rate of the children from 0 to 6 years old who is floating population is 46.2%. Among the related factors of blood zinc deficiency, the influence of ＂parents or caregivers＂ factor is up to 79.4%. Conclusion The situation of zinc deficiency in children of floating population has widely existed, and the factor ＂parents or caregivers＂ make the most influence, so the medical care personnel should take very step to create various forms of propaganda so as to change the idea of parents or caregivers as to improve their level of feeding, and promote the healthy growth of the children.
