正丁基锂/四氢呋喃引发丁二烯阴离子聚合动力学和活性种的研究

摘    要:本文测定了正丁基锂/四氢呋喃(THF)引发丁二烯聚合反应速度和聚合物微观结构;讨论了体系的活性种,得到了聚合反应速度与单体浓度的关系:引发期为二级反应,增长期为一级反应。估算了活性种的活性;建立了结构动力学式并由此分析了不同活性种对聚合速度和聚合物结构的贡献。

Abstract:In the present paper the reaction rate of polymerization of butadiene initiated by buiyl lithium and tetrahydrofuran was investigated and the micro-structure of polybutadiene was determined. The reactive species in the system were also discussed. The relationship of polymerization rate with respect to the concentration of the monomer was obtained: second order in the induction period and first order in the propagation period. The reactivities of the active species were evaluated and the contribu-tion of different reactive species to reaction rate and micro-structure of the polymer was also resolved.
