| 摘 要： | 采用高聚物型苯乙烯-二乙烯基苯(PS-DVB)色谱填料的麦科菲反相高效液相色谱柱(MKF-RP-ZH)分析多西环素.对流动相中的叔丁醇,离子对试剂,EDTA的含量和pH条件进行了优化.最优的条件下多西环素样品分离柱效达到4036.

| Abstract: | A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic(RP-HPLC) method with polystyrene-divinylbenzene(PS-DVB) chromatographic packing(MKF-RP-ZH) was developed for the determina-tion of doxycycline.The chromatographic conditions such as content of tert-butyl alcohol,amount of ion-pair reagent,dosage of EDTA and pH conditions were optimized.MKF-RP-ZH column efficiency of 4036 plates was achieved for doxycycline under the optimal conditions. |
