摘    要:研究了一种新的低压指数程序气相色谱薄涂柱,确定了最佳的柱压、塔板高度、分离度及传质阻力系数等。结果表明,该柱具有操作柱压和柱温低、出峰速度快、分离效果好等特点,在分离多元醇样品时获得满意效果。

Abstract:In this paper, performance and application of a new low pressure and exponential gradient thin coated gas chromatographic column have been investigated. Optimum column pressure( P ), plate height( H ), resolution( R ), tailing factor ( T ) and resistance coefficient of mass trunsfer( H_u ) were determined. The results show that the column is characterized with low column pressure, low column temperature, rapid and high efficiency. The column was applied to the separation of divers alcohol with satisfactory results.
