摘    要:以蔗糖和尿素为前驱体,在油酸介质中通过溶剂热法一步合成了氮掺杂碳纳米粒子,量子产率为15.1%.基于次氯酸对氮掺杂碳纳米粒子的快速、高选择性猝灭,建立了定量测定水中游离氯含量的新方法.次氯酸浓度在0.05~25.00 μmol/L范围内与氮掺杂碳纳米粒子的荧光猝灭率呈良好的线性关系,检出限(S/N=3)为23 nmol/L.本方法可应用于实际水样中游离氯含量的测定.

Abstract:Nitrogen-doped carbon nanoparticles (N-CNPs) with a fluorescence quantum yield of 15.1% were prepared from sucrose and urea in oleic acid medium by a one-pot solvothermal method.A new approach for quick,sensitive,and selective determination of free chlorine in water was developed based on fluorescence quenching of N-CNPs.There existed a good linear correlation between the fluorescence quenching and the concentration of ClO-in the range of 0.05-25.00 μmol/L.The limit of detection (LOD,S/N =3) was estimated to be 23 nmol/L.This method can be applied to the determination of free chlorine in real water samples.
