Abstract: | Highly active horseradish peroxidase functionalized magnetic nanoparticles were prepared and packed into a microfluidic channel, producing an in-line bioreactor that enabled a sensitive chemiluminescence assay of H(2)O(2). The proposed magnetically active microfluidic device proved useful for chemiluminescence assays of biomedically interesting compounds. |
