STUDY ON THE HEMICELLULOSE AND ITS STRUCTURE

The presance, classification, composition of sugar residue of hemicelluloses and several main types of hemicellulose in the nature are reviewed. The methods of isolation and purification of hemicelluloses are discussed and their merits and demerits are compared; the general ways and means for building the chemical structure are narrated.
