| 摘 要： | 本文以自制的15 N3-三聚氰胺作为内标,建立了测定乳制品中的三聚氰胺残留量的高效液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)分析方法。方法的线性范围为1～1 000ng/mL,回收率为95.6%～98.7%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.3%～2.5%,检出限(S/N=3)为1ng/mL。该方法灵敏度高,准确性好,为三聚氰胺的检测提供了一种可靠实用的方法。
