| Abstract: | A LC-MS/MS method was established for the determination of cefquinome in milk.Cefquinome was simply extracted with 80% acetonitrile from milk.Then,the extraction was diluted with water.Target compound was selectively concentrated by HLB SPE cartridge and determined by LC-MS/MS.The average recovery for cefquinome was ranged from 80.3% to 85.7%.The intra-assay coefficients of variation was in the range of 2.8%~6.3%,The inter-assay coefficients of variation was in the range of 3.8%~6.7%.The limit of detection ... |
