| 摘 要： | 在基底层厚度固定的情况下, 通过采用基于全局搜索的遗传算法可以在远红外光区域来设计单层光栅的结构参数, 从而获得所需要的宽带滤波器。结果表明, 该滤波器在较宽的光谱范围内具有相对稳定而且很高的反射率值。

| Abstract: | A global searching genetic algorithm(GA) is proposed to design the parameters of a single-layer grating structure on a fixed thickness base.Using the designed structure,a broadband filter in the region of far infrared light can be realized.The result shows that the filter has a relatively stable and high value of reflectivity in the wide spectral range. |
