摘    要:分别以2种咪唑类室温离子液体为溶剂,通过简单的还原反应制备了碲(Te)一维纳米材料.利用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)和选区电子衍射(SAED)对样品进行了表征,并初步探讨了2种咪唑类室温离子液体对Te生长的影响.此外,实验中发现同时加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)和室温离子液体可以得到Te束状结构.

Abstract:Te nanomaterials were prepared by using room temperature ionic liquids(PF6) and(BF4) as the solvent.The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmitting electron micrograph(TEM) and selected area electron diffraction(SAED).The effects of PF6 and BF4 on the growth of Te are discussed.In addition,Te with bundle-like shape were obtained using both PVP and BF4.
