| Abstract: | A technique has been tested for the first time which combines the advantages of continuous and pulsed muon beams, namely high
time resolution and low background in time-differential μSR experiments. In addition, the method allows the muon beam to be
split and two μSR experiments run simultaneously at full intensity without any interference between the instruments.
