液芯光纤方法研究溶剂对分子拉曼光谱强度的影响

摘    要:液芯光纤可以大幅度提高拉曼光谱强度. 本文用液芯光纤方法测量了CCl4 在CS2 和C6H5Br中不同浓度下459 cm-1,314 cm-1和218 cm-1的拉曼光谱强度,验证了一些溶剂使某些分子拉曼光谱增强的溶剂效应.

Abstract:Using liquid-core optical fiber, the Raman spectra can be enhanced 10~2~10~3 times. The Raman spectra of CCl_4 in CS_2 and C_6H_5Br are measured by the liquid-core optical fiber, and the measurement accuracy is increased. The experimental results show that as concentration becomes lower, the intensity of the 459 cm~ -1 , 314 cm~ -1 , 218 cm~ -1 Raman lines of CCl_4 is enhanced. The solvent effect is tested and verified accurately.
