Abstract: | Over the last decade, Recurrence Quantification Analysis (RQA) has become a new standard tool in the toolbox of nonlinear methodologies. In this Letter we trace the history and utility of this powerful tool and cite some common applications. RQA continues to wend its way into numerous and diverse fields of study. |
