Abstract: | ![]() Quantum oscillations of the Hall resistance ρij(B) of bismuth bicrystals are investigated in magnetic fields up to 35 T. It is found that the twist low-angle internal boundary possesses n-type conductivity and comprises a central part and two adjacent layers, which are characterized by the specific features of the Fermi surface of electrons. |
