摘    要:本文以钛酸四丁酯、乙酸锌、柠檬酸、乙二醇和乙醇为主要原料,用溶胶-凝胶(Sol-Gel)法,经两次热处理合成出均一的钛酸锌(ZnTiO3)陶瓷粉体,并用TG-DTA、XRD和FE-SEM等对其组织结构和形貌进行了表征。结果表明,热处理方式对产物组成和晶型有较大影响。

Abstract:Homogeneous zinc titanate (ZnTiO3) ceramic powder has been successfully synthesized by a Sol-Gel method after twice heat treatments with titanium butoxide, zinc acetate, citric acid, ethylene glycol and ethanol as raw materials. It was characterized by DTA-TG, XRD and FE-SEM. The results show that the composition and crystal morphology of the products are influenced by heating process.
