| Abstract: | The development process and the basic sorts of fiber gratings are reviewed briefly.On the basis of the properties of the fiber gratings and their application in sensor and communication,the structure,the principle of operation,the analysis method and the basic characteristics of the cascaded fiber gratings are discussed.The application of them in sensor and communication is also discussed.The further development and prospect of cascaded fiber grating on sensor,communication and other fields are envisaged. |
