环氧树脂改性感光不饱和聚酯树脂的制备

摘    要:用环氧树脂与不饱和聚酯反应 ,形成UP -PEP -UP嵌段共聚物 ,加入活性单体 ,制成改性感光树脂 .进行紫外光固化 ,结果表明 ,改性后的感光不饱和聚酯树脂的耐碱性、热稳定性和表面硬度大大提高 ,固化收缩率明显降低

Abstract:The UP-PEP-UP segmented copolymer was prepared by polyepoxy resin re-acting with unsaturated polyester . Then active monomers were added to the copolymer, the photo-sensitive resin modified was formed. The modified unsaturated polyester re-sin's base-restant ability , thermostability and surface hardness were greatly improved, and its shrinkage was reduced on different UV-cured conditions.
