| 摘 要： | 提出了用两点电位滴定法测定维生素Ｂ１含量的新方法。本法只需在滴定终点前附近记录两次ＡｇＮＯ３标准溶液体积和相应的电极电位值，利用两点法公式计算滴定终点，从而确定维生素Ｂ１含量。本法简便易行，数据处理简单，样品溶液不需过滤，特别适用于片剂中ＶＢ１含量的测定。

| Abstract: | A new method for determining vitamin B1 with the two-point potentiometric titration was established. This method only needs note down the indicating electrode potential two times nearby the end-point and the corresponding titrant volumes AgNO3 standard solution. The end-point can be calculated by the two-point formula. The method has been used for the determination of tablet VB1 . |
