摘    要:本文描述了由管状流通电极、微型阀、化学管路、采样环、静电和脉冲抑制器组成的集成微管路电位分析系统的制备方法,研究了管状电极在流动状态和静止状态的电化学特征,并用此微型装置测定了土壤、水和血清中钾、钠、氯含量。样品分析结果和火焰光度法、硝酸银容量法有良好的一致性。

Abstract:This paper describes the preparation of the integrated microconduits analytical device with tubular electrodes, microvalve, manifold, electrostatic and pulse inhibitors. Electrochemical characters of the tubular electrodes were studied in flow system and static system. The contents of K~+, Na~+ and Cl~- in soil, water and serum were determined by the microdevice. The analytical results agreed well with those obtained by flame photometry and silver nitrate volumetric method.
