超微粒金刚石砂轮电解修整电源的研制

摘    要:在轨迹成型法加工光学零件技术中 ,为了实现超精密磨削 ,采用了在线电解修整砂轮技术。为此研制了高频脉冲电源 ,研制的高频脉冲电源用于电解修整金属结合剂金刚石砂轮。高频电源由主电路、接口电路和控制电路组成。主电路是提供工作电流的通路 ,控制电路采用了单片机控制技术 ,接口电路实现A/D转换及驱动电压放大级。经调试电源电压在 0~ 90V ,脉冲频率在 4~ 5 0 0Hz范围内可调 ,平均电流可达 15A。该电源的技术指标 ,均达到设计要求。

Abstract:In order to realize mirror surface grinding in the technology of machining optical parts by locus shaping method, the technology of electrolysis in process dressing grinding wheel was adopted Therefore, the high frequency pulse power supply was developed The high frequency pulse power supply was developed and used in electrolysis dressing the grinding wheel of metal binding agent The high frequency pulse power supply is composed of the main circuit,the interface circuit and the control circuit The main circuit is the passage for supplying the working current, the singlechip computer control technique was adopted in the control circuit, the A/D conversion and drive voltage amplification stage are realized in the interface circuit After debugging, the voltage range of the power supply is from 0 to 90V, the pulse frequency can be adjusted from 4 to 500Hz and the average current can reach 15A All the technical index of the power supply can meet the requirement of the design
