| Abstract: | This paper studies the existence of positive solutions to singular boundary value problems of fourth order differential equations.A necessary and sufficient condition for the existence of C 2[0,1],as well as C 3[0,1],positive solutions is given by the method of lower and upper solutions,and by the maximum principle. |
