摘    要:本研究采用CF_2Cl_2、CF_2ClCF_2Cl及CF_4等离子体对顺丁橡胶膜表面进行了改性,改性后的复合膜用SEM、水的静态接触角以及XPS进行了表征,并测定了膜的气体透过性能。

Abstract:The surface modification of cis-1, 4-polybutadiene membrane was studied by using CF2C12, CF2ClCF2Cl, and CF4 plasma treatments. The plasma-treated composite membrane was investigated by SEM observation, water static contact angle measurement, and XPS study. Gas permeability of the membrane was also measured.
