| Abstract: | A rapid and simple HPLC method for the determination of amino acids in hydrolysate of rapeseed protein is presented. The amino acids are derivatized with dansyl chloride (Dns-C1), separated on Lichrosorb RP-18 column and detected at 254nm. Complete separation of 17 amino acids was achieved in 45 min. The detection limits are less than 50pmo1. |
