Homologies of Intersections of Pseudomanifolds with Local Homotopic Conditions on Links of Strata

Abstract:	In terms of local homotopic properties of the links of strata of an n-dimensional PL-pseudomanifold X, we obtain a sufficient condition for the natural homomorphisms $IH_j^{\bar 0} \left( X \right) \to IH_j^{\bar p} \left( X \right)$ of the jth intersection homology groups with perversity multiindices ${\bar O}$ and ${\bar P}$ to be isomorphisms for all j i, where i < n – 3.
