| Abstract: | The gradient effect on the sine-shaped gradient loaded GC column is investigated. The theoretical equation is derived and the computer programme is given. The gradient effect and corresponding configuration of a gradient column can be calculated by computer, Theoretical and practical problems concerned with the sine-shaped gradient loaded column are discussed, The practical result shows that the gradient effects of the column on retention time and column efficiency are satisfactory. |
