学龄前儿童头发中九种元素分析

摘    要:用原子吸收光谱法测定了长春市某幼儿园120名正常儿童头发中铁、锌、铜、锰、钙、镁、钠、钾、铅九种元素含量。对不同年龄、性别儿童发中各元素含量进行了对比分析,并对微量元素铁、锌、铜、锰含量与有关标准进行了比较,表明缺铁现象普遍存在,发铁缺乏率达94.74%以上。

Abstract:The content of Fe,Zn,Cu,Mn,Ca,Mg,Na,K and Pb in the hair of 120 normal children in a kindergarten in Changchun was determined by AAS. The data were divided into several groups according to the experimental subjects' age and sex.The content of the same element was compared respectively with each other in different groups and the content of Fe,Zn,Cu,Mn in every group was also compared with some relevant standards.It concludes that iron-deficiency is a universal phenomenon and the rate of iron-deficiency is above 94 74%.
