摘    要:基于优秀物流企业对备选业务项目进行评价和决策的现实需要,为物流企业设计便于遴选业务项目的决策算法.首先构建一套三级评价指标体系,用相对隶属度公式对原始数值进行规范化处理,求规范化数据的关联系数矩阵,基于熵技术求同层次指标的相对权重,最后把权重向量与关联系数矩阵进行乘法复合得评价结果.算例研究表明,应用该算法可获得备选业务项目的排序,达到优选业务项目的目的.

Abstract:Based on the realistic need of excellent logistics enterprise evaluating and decision-making for alternative business project.The decision-making model to facilitate the selection of business project is established.It set up a level 3 evaluation index system,applied the relative membership degree formula to standardized treatment for the original data,and found the correlation coefficient matrix of standardized data,and then,sought relative weight of the same level indicators by entropy technology,finally,the weight vector multiplication with the correlation coefficient matrix obtained evaluation results.Example study shows that application of this decision-making model can get optional business project of the sort,and achieve the purpose of business optimization.
