超导体的导畴模型

摘    要:本文提出超导体的导畴模型。在一些金属和化合物中存在着电子对波相位相干的小区域,即导畴。当温度低于超导转变温度时,这些小区域连接起来,形成超导体。超导电子对是电磁相互作用形成的部分束缚对,它们能随导畴的振动而振动。产生导畴内部电子耐波的相位相干由相干性引出孤波和约瑟夫森效应,证明理想导电性和迈斯纳效应的存在。本文还较好地解释了晶格振动对低温超导体和高温超导体的不同影响。

Abstract:The model of conductors has been put forward. In some metals and compounds, exist. At the temperature lower than Tc, these regions connect each other and form superconductor. Superconductive electron-pairs are partial bond electron-pairs formed by electromagnetic interaction. They can vibrate following conductive domains, therefore phase coherence of electron-pairs is produced in conductive domains. On the base of coherence, solitary waves and Josephson effect are proved, and ideal conductivity and Meissner effect are proved. In this paper the different affections of lattice vibration on low and high Tc Superconductors are also explained well.
