Trifluoromethylperoxyphoshoryl difluoride,CF₃OOPOF₂ and trifluoromethoxyphosphoryl difluoride,CF₃OPOF₂

Abstract:	The new compounds CF₃OOPOF₂ and CF₃OPOF₂ have been prepared by the reaction of trifluoromethyl-hydroperoxide, CF₃OOH, with μ-oxo-bis-(phosphoryl difluoride), P₂O₃F₄, and difluorophosphine-μ-oxo-phosphoryl difluoride, P₂O₂F₄. Infrared and NMR spectra, physical properties and some chemical reactions are reported for the compounds.
