| 摘 要： | 本文采用正交组合设计的试验方法，对振动钻削微小孔加工中钻头寿命与轴向振动参数之间的非线性关系进行了二次回归试验，得到了最优回归方程。用回归方程给出的最佳振动参数钻孔，钻头寿命提高了９６．３％ |

Experimental Study on the Quadratic Regression of Vibration Parameters and Life of the Micro Drill in Vibration Drilling |

| Abstract: | Using the orthogonal test desigu this paper have carried out the quadratic regression experiment to sdudy the nonlinear relation between the vibration parameters and life of the micro drill in vibratio drilling, draw the optimal regressive equation and optimal vibration parameters. The life of the micro drill is increased by 93.6% with the optimal vibration parameters. |
