基于可见近红外高光谱的菠菜硝酸盐快速无损测定研究

摘    要:应用可见近红外反射高光谱技术探讨了菠菜叶片硝酸盐含量的无损检测方法。利用偏最小二乘法(PLS)和主成分分析法(PCP)分别建立了菠菜叶片硝酸盐含量与反射高光谱间的数学模型,同时对不同光谱预处理方法和不同建模波段范围下模型的预测性能进行了比较分析。结果表明,原始反射光谱经平滑后一阶微分处理,模型的预测性明显提高;PCR模型的预测结果要略好于PLS模型;异常值剔除之后,全波段范围内用平滑后一阶微分光谱建立的PLS和PCR模型能较好地预测菠菜硝酸盐含量,经独立测试集(n=13)检验,实测值和预测值的相关系数分别为0.94(PLS模型)和0.95(PCR模型),预测均方根误差分别为128.2 mg·kg-1(PLS模型)和120.8 mg·kg-1(PCR模型)。研究表明应用可见近红外反射高光谱来定量无损检测蔬菜的硝酸盐含量是可行的,为今后蔬菜叶片硝酸盐含量的快速无损测定提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The objective of the present research was to study the potential of Vis-NIR (visible-near-infrared) high spectra for nondestructive determination of nitrate content in spinach leaves.
