| Abstract: | Abstract— A simple, low cost modification of a conventional single wavelength spectrophotometer (e.g. Cary 118C) enables one to quantitate phytochrome in crude extracts and purified phytochrome preparations without the use of a dual-wavelength ratio spectrophotometer. |
