| Abstract: | The investigations on Ba  and  autoionizing states are carried out through a combination of the isolated core excitation method and proper polarization configuration of lasers. With comparison between the 6pns autoionizing states with different J, the spectroscopic properties of both the  and  series, such as the configuration interactions with the other series, are discussed in detail. |
