水热法制备硫化锌纳米线及性能研究

摘    要:采用水热法成功制备出准一维的硫化锌单晶纳米线。XRD图谱显示,实验制备的硫化锌纳米线是纤锌矿结构,择优c轴即(002)晶面生长。TEM显示硫化锌纳米线长度达几十微米,最大直径约为50nm,有些纳米线的直径在20nm左右。SAED图显示实验得到的是单晶硫化锌纳米线,HRTEM图片中可以明显看到原子晶面排列,测量得出晶面间距为0.313nm,对应于ZnS的(001)晶面。文中研究了硫化锌纳米线的光致发光特性并对发光机制进行了探讨。

Abstract:Quasi one dimensional single crystal ZnS nanowires have been synthesized via a hydrothermal route.The structure and morphology of the samples were studied and the growth mechanism was discussed.Room-temperature photoluminescence properties of the as-synthesized ZnS nanostructures are also studied.
