| 摘 要： | 本文提出用双峰倍增配平法计算解析苯酚和间苯二酚混合体系的一阶导数－同步荧光光谱，测定结果的回收率，精密度和两组分间浓度比范围均统一阶导数－同步荧光法优方法用于雷琐辛涂剂和水样中苯酚与间苯二酚的测定，结果令人满意。

Study on Simultaneous Determination of Phenol and Resorcinol Using Dual Peak Multiplication Balance Derivative Synchronous Fluorimetry |

| Abstract: | In this paper ,the computational analysis of the first order derivative synchronous fluorescence spectra of phenol and resorcinol by dual peak multiplication balance has been proposed,this method has the advantages over the analysis of fluorescence spectra of phenol and resorcinol by first order derivative synchronous technique in terms of precision,recovery and range of concentration ratio of the two components in a mixture.The proposed method has been used to determine phenol and resorcinol in pharmaceutical preparations and water samples with satisfactory results. |
